A recently founded group of magi that claim the ability to create new magics, imbue magic into individuals that cannot use it, and other fantastical things. Their founder and leader, Blackbird, is spoken of almost as a god - by others, a demon.

Steeped in mystery, the true intentions of this group are unclear - Their recruiters travel to various towns, spinning magical tales that seem near impossible, looking for volunteers & believers to assist them in discovering and transforming new and old magic arts, and offering power and prestige in return.

They have been strictly sworn off by other Magi institutes and organizations. Nightingale's college has been especially vocal regarding their distrust of the order, stating the magics they claim to have mastered are unnatural, wicked, and dangerous.
